Secure Packaging
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all certificates, manuals, and protective films intact, then pack it into a shipping box.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
